There are so many incredible features inside of this app, including a meditation of the day so you don’t have to scroll endlessly to find a great meditation. I also love the playlist section which is perfect for anyone who wants to build a practice that sticks. Sometimes, you may just want to meditate and not be guided which is why we created the timer, whether you want to meditate in silence or to sound. We also created a special journal so you can begin and end the day with gratitude - just write down 3 things that you're grateful for everyday. Finally, we have a whole page dedicated to showing you your progress, whether it's minutes, days or weeks, connecting to mindful minutes in your Health app, or setting goals and reminders.
