Outstanding.Very profound read especially if you feel stuck in the same old patterns of life. Practical guide with scientific facts & authors own experiences on how to break those deep rooted in-grained patterns that one may scarcely be aware of.The positive psychology helps me keep focused on changing habits that made me repeat old destructive behaviour again & again which I wish I could get rid of. The entertaining approach in Ian's book places self-discipline very much in the positive and achievable. Procrastination has always been a problem for me but the mindset that this book engenders very much deals with that. Since reading it I have actually managed to start and continue a diet, restart a long delayed exercise regime, and also do several other important things that had been put off for far too long!
